Returns and Exchanges

1. Return and Exchange Window:

Timeframe: Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

2. Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you prefer a replacement, you will need to return the original item to us first. We will then process a refund and you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Replacement Process: If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item. We will provide you with a box and prepaid shipping label for the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund. You can then order the replacement item separately.

3. Inspection and Refund Adjustments:

Inspection: Returned items will be inspected within one business day of receipt.
Adjustments: If components or accessories are missing or if the product has been modified, we may adjust the refund amount to account for the missing or modified parts.
Software Licenses: If your purchase included software with licenses (e.g., Microsoft Office), we will terminate the license and refund the amount paid for it.

4. Restocking Fee:

No Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for items returned within the 7-day window.

5. Post-Return Policy:

After 7 Days: Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 7 days from the delivery date. No refunds will be issued for products returned outside this period.
