1. Processing Times:

  • Orders Received On or Before 4 PM EST: Orders placed before 4 PM EST are processed on the same day and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders Received After 4 PM EST: Orders placed after 4 PM EST are processed the next business day and shipped the following business day.

2. Shipping Carrier:

  • We use UPS for all deliveries to provide reliable and timely shipping.

3. Signature Requirement:

  • Orders valued at $650 or more will require a signature upon delivery to ensure the secure receipt of high-value items.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@techymoxy.com with your order number.

  • Techy Moxy will request UPS to conduct an investigation into the lost package. This process is handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • To reduce the risk of theft, please retrieve your packages promptly upon delivery. If theft or loss occurs, you may need to cooperate with local law enforcement.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided only after the conclusion of the UPS investigation, which may take some time.

5. Shipping Timeframes and UPS Services:

6. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Techy Moxy is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Shipping to PO Boxes:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

8. International Shipping:

  • At this time, Techy Moxy only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

9. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the shipping destination. These costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
